Andrew Jung CFA

Andrew serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Engaged Capital. In this dual role, he is responsible for the firm’s financial management and operational leadership, including fund accounting, trade operations, audit and tax, vendor oversight, internal systems, human resources, and overall business administration.
Andrew has more than 19 years of experience in the alternative investment industry, with a strong track record of building scalable operational frameworks, managing complex financial structures, and navigating the evolving regulatory and tax landscape impacting investment funds.
Prior to joining Engaged Capital, Andrew was an Operations Associate at Empyrean Capital. Earlier in his career, he served as an Accounting Manager at Oaktree Capital Management and began his career as a Separate Fund Platform CPA at Pacific Alternative Asset Management Company (PAAMCO).
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant.
